Buffy is a dark bown girl with black points. She has great conformation, heavy bone, and good size. Her fleece is soft with a well defined crimp. At 6 years of age, her fleece is holding in the 25 micron range with a low standard deviation and an absence of guard hair.
She is a Black Magic grand daughter (through her dam) and is sired by Dom Savone, a fine fleeced Timbo son. The Chilean part of her ancestry boasts "The Silversmith". Having Buffy on the farm is the reason we later purchase... |

Georgia is a large-boned girl with better-than-average density. She has personality galore and a very inquisitive nature. Her first cria - Unima - was a true black male out of our own champion TC Bayhawk. Last year's cria was a beautiful white girl, so Georgia can throw the entire spectrum of color. She's a solid production female.
Her sire is 5Peruvian Iceman 9072, a Peruvian fawn that makes them dense, sound, and with great dispositions. Iceman is a Full Peruvian import, and in my opinion, one of the most under-rated herdsires in the country. He won 4th place at the 2003 AOBA Get-of-Sire class. He was beaten by Caligula, El Nino, and Legacy-All Full Accoyo whites. Many regard this as the toughest Get-of-Sire competition ever held. Iceman did manage to hold off one of the county's best grays though, Rayo Del Sol, who finished in 5th.
Georgia's dam is Spirit Song Buffalo Girl - a ribbon-winning brown female whose grandsires are 6P Dom Timbo and 4P Black Magic. "Buffy" is one of our herd matriarchs and a great production female.
Georgia sells with two breedings to any of our herdsires. I would recommend Bayhawk for one without question.
