Filia's Jewel is a super foundation female. She is listed as a light brown, but as an adult is a vinuna-patterned dark fawn.
As a yearling, Jewel's micron count was high at 25, but we liked everything else about her. As it turns out, we were right. Her micron at age 6 is 28 so she hasn't coarsened much with age or rearing her cria.
Though her previous owners never showed her - Jewel consistently produces quality offspring - several of her cria have been show quality, with Tiara taking blue ribbons in both of her shows! Her first cria, Liam, took two ribbons in a short show career. Jewel's latest daughter, Pearl, took 6th in the White Yearling class at the RailSplitter show - her only show.
Jewel has a nice frame with wide chest and hips and is an easy birther. Jewel has plenty of milk and is a very attentive mother.
